The Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB), through its Technical Support Office (TSO), has received reports of unauthorized organizations offering trainings on Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). As per GPPB Resolution No. 12, s. 2018, only trainings endorsed by the GPPB-TSO are recognized as OFFICIAL.
