The Positive Lists posted in this section provide the name of Procuring Entities (PEs) determined as compliant for the submission of Annual Procurement Plan, Procurement Monitoring Reports, and Agency Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicator results for a given fiscal year (FY) based on the requirements specified in the Government Procurement Policy Board Circular No. 02-2020.
