Advisory No. 01-2026 (Schedule and Guidelines for Legal Walk-in Consultations)
To ensure the efficient, orderly, and timely handling of unscheduled legal walk-in consultations, and to properly guide all stakeholders, the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) shall receive unscheduled physical or walk-in legal consultations from Monday to Thursday only, subject to availability.

GPPB-TSO Advisory No. 002 Submission of Annual Procurement Plan and Procurement Monitoring Report

Section 7.7.5 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act
No. 12009 (RA No. 12009), or the “New Government Procurement Act” (NGPA),
mandates the End-User or Implementing Unit to finalize their respective Project
Procurement Management Plans (PPMPs) to reflect the authorized budgetary
allocation for their respective programs, activities, and projects (PAPs) as soon
as the General Appropriations Act (GAA), corporate operating budget, or
appropriation ordinance becomes final.

Advisory No. PMD-01-2025 – New Link for the Online Submission of Fiscal Year 2026 Early Procurement Activity Certification

To ensure timely receipt of Early Procurement Activity (EPA) Certifications, the
Performance Monitoring Division – A of the Government Procurement Policy Board-
Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) informs all Procuring Entities (PEs) on the new
link for submitting the same for Fiscal Year 2026 and subsequent years. Submissions
shall be made through the Real-Time Early Procurement Activity Generating Information
and Analytics (REGINA) System
