The Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) is honored to announce the release of the 2025 Professionalization Calendar, with primary focus on the roll-out of the New Government Procurement Act (Republic Act No. 12009). This comprehensive and dynamic online calendar represents our proactive approach to ensuring that public and private stakeholders are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills required to implement and comply with the provisions of this landmark legislation.

Please be advised that the Legal and Research Division (LRD) of the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office will be attending a Year-End Culminating Activity offsite from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 20 December 2024. Consequently, the LRD will be available to accommodate walk-in clients only until 11:00 AM on that day, subject to the availability of Action Officers and any pre-scheduled meetings.

This is to inform all Procuring Entities (PEs) on the use of the Real-time EPA Generating Information and Analytics (REGINA) in the submission of the relevant Certifications on the Undertaking/Non-Undertaking and Exceptions of Early Procurement Activities (EPA), including re-submissions and requests for reconsiderations on or before the end of January 2025, in accordance with Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) Resolution No. 18-2023.
