Advisory No. 03-2025 – GPPB-TSO Work-From-Home Arrangement and Office Schedule for Holy Week 2025

In observance of the Holy Week and in recognition of the spiritual significance and solemnity of this important occasion, the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) will be implementing a work-from-home arrangement on 16 April 2025 (Wednesday). This initiative aims to provide our personnel with the opportunity to reflect and observe the traditions of the Holy Week, while ensuring that essential services remain uninterrupted. During this period, our team will remain accessible through our official communication channels to continue providing support and assistance. Please be advised that the Legal and Research Division (LRD) of the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office will be attending a Year-End Culminating Activity offsite from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 20 December 2024. Consequently, the LRD will be available to accommodate walk-in clients only until 11:00 AM on that day, subject to the availability of Action Officers and any pre-scheduled meetings.

Advisory No. 03-2024 – Notice on the Use of the Real-Time Early Procurement Activity (EPA) Generating Information and Analytics (REGINA) for the Submission of Fiscal Year 2025 and the Succeeding EPA Certifications

This is to inform all Procuring Entities (PEs) on the use of the Real-time EPA Generating Information and Analytics (REGINA) in the submission of the relevant Certifications on the Undertaking/Non-Undertaking and Exceptions of Early Procurement Activities (EPA), including re-submissions and requests for reconsiderations on or before the end of January 2025, in accordance with Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) Resolution No. 18-2023.

The Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) through its Administrative Division invites all qualified applicants to apply for the operation of the GPPB-TSO CANTEEN CONCESSION for the Period of TWO (2) YEARS. To submit their price proposal/quotation subject to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
