Please be informed that the Capacity Development Divisions A and B of the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office will be unavailable from 28 to 30 April 2025 (Monday to Wednesday), as they will be serving as the Secretariat for the conduct of the East Asia and the Pacific International Public Procurement Conference at Hilton Manila, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In observance of the Holy Week and in recognition of the spiritual significance and solemnity of this important occasion, the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) will be implementing a work-from-home arrangement on 16 April 2025 (Wednesday). This initiative aims to provide our personnel with the opportunity to reflect and observe the traditions of the Holy Week, while ensuring that essential services remain uninterrupted. This comprehensive and dynamic online calendar represents our proactive approach to ensuring that public and private stakeholders are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills required to implement and comply with the provisions of this landmark legislation.

Please be advised that the Legal and Research Division (LRD) of the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office will be attending a Year-End Culminating Activity offsite from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 20 December 2024. Consequently, the LRD will be available to accommodate walk-in clients only until 11:00 AM on that day, subject to the availability of Action Officers and any pre-scheduled meetings.

This is to inform all Procuring Entities (PEs) on the use of the Real-time EPA Generating Information and Analytics (REGINA) in the submission of the relevant Certifications on the Undertaking/Non-Undertaking and Exceptions of Early Procurement Activities (EPA), including re-submissions and requests for reconsiderations on or before the end of January 2025, in accordance with Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) Resolution No. 18-2023.
