The Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO), through the Project Management Division and the Performance Monitoring Division, conducted the 2-day Consultation Workshop on the Enhancement of the Procurement Monitoring Report (PMR) and Agency Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicator (APCPI) Tools on 25 to 26 May 2026.
The workshop served as a consultative venue to review, validate, and refine the proposed enhanced PMR and APCPI indicators in support of the implementation of Republic Act No. 12009, or the New Government Procurement Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Participants from GPPB Member Agencies, National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, State Universities and Colleges, Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations, Government Financial Institutions, and other key stakeholders shared technical inputs and practical recommendations to help develop a more responsive, analytics-ready, and policy-aligned procurement monitoring and assessment framework.
Through this collaborative effort, GPPB-TSO continues to strengthen evidence-based procurement governance, enhance performance monitoring, and support Procuring Entities in transitioning toward a more transparent, efficient, and accountable procurement system under the NGPA.
