The Government Procurement Policy Board Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO), continues to drive reforms that make public procurement more inclusive, responsive, and impactful.

In partnership with the World Bank, GPPB-TSO convened key stakeholders from government, development partners, and institutions for a Consultative Meeting and Workshop on the Operationalization of Gender-Responsive Procurement (GRP).

The initiative supports the implementation of RA 12009 by strengthening policy direction, enhancing data systems, and building institutional capacity to ensure that procurement creates real opportunities for women-owned and women-led enterprises.

Through collaborative discussions on policy, supplier readiness, and demand-side integration, the GPPB reaffirms its commitment to transforming procurement into a strategic tool for inclusive growth.

This is the future of procurement—transparent, competitive, and inclusive.
