The Standard Procurement Forms pursuant to Republic Act (RA) No. 12009,
or the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), took effect on 21
September 2025, ninety (90) days after their publication on 23 June 2025
pursuant to Government Policy Procurement Board (GPPB) Resolution No.
03-2025 dated 14 May 2025.

Capacity Development Advisory 2025-002 – On the Temporary Suspension of the Public Procurement Specialist Certification Course

The Government Procurement Policy Board Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) hereby informs all procuring entities and interested stakeholders that the implementation of the Public Procurement Specialist Certification Course (PPSCC) shall be placed on temporary suspension, effective 30 September 2025, to allow for the realignment and updating of course modules with the provisions of the Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
