@nhey - read Section 32.2.3 of IRR. unit cost in detailed estimate prevails. kung ang mali is in the quantities, check kung ano requirement sa bid docs. dapat compliant siya dun. just my 2 cents.

@julius - i think it should be the look out of the bidder that the bond is without infirmities. error of the insurance company is the error of the bidder in the eyes of the BAC.
