The Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB – TSO) , through its Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC), intends to procure newspaper publication for the GPPB Resolutions 06-2006, 08-2009 and 09-2009, revising the Guidelines for the Implementation of Infrastructure Contracts “By Administration,” Implementing Guidelines for Lease of Privately-Owned Real Estate and Venue and Guidelines for Shopping and Small-Value Procurement respectively. The newspaper publication will be procured in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184. As such, suppliers of known qualifications; particularly the following, are hereby invited to submit proposal not later than 1 December 2009, at exactly 10:00 a.m.:
