The Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB – TSO) , through its Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC), intends to procure newspaper publication for the GPPB Resolutions 05-2006 and 06-2009, approving and adopting the third edition of the Philippine Bidding Documents for the procurement of Goods, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services and approving Amendments to the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 respectively. The newspaper publication will be procured in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184. As such, suppliers of known qualifications; particularly the following, are hereby invited to submit proposal not later than 19 October 2009, at exactly 10:00 a.m.
