Working Draft of PBDs for Goods and Infrastructure Projects

For the guidance and reference of procuring entities, the working drafts of the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBDs) for the Procurement of Goods and Procurement of Infrastructure Projects are now available at the Downloadables Section of this website.
However, inasmuch as these are still working drafts, procuring entities are advised to carefully review the provisions of the PBDs as against the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 before adopting the same.
The final versions of the PBDs are tentatively set to be approved by the end of September 2009.
